Replacement of National Gas Outage Contingency Plan (NGOCP) by the Critical Contingency Management Regulations 2008
The Gas Industry Company has now approved the critical contingency management plans for both MDL and Vector. A notice was published in the Gazette on 14 Jan 2010 bringing the Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008 into full effect from 21 Jan 2010 ie. the go-live date for the Critical Contingency Operator. In accordance with GGCCMR r13 the NGOC P is now replaced and ceased to have effect from the go-live date.
